Welcome to this blog on Essential Oils.

God has given us various gifts through nature and one of these gifts is Essential Oils. These blogs will be used to provide information on Essential Oils and recipes that can be used for health, perfumes, cleaning, cooking amongst other things.

What is an Essential Oil? It is an aromatic liquid which can be found in plants. It can be found in various parts of the plant i.e. leaves, fruits, roots, grasses and flowers. There are about 300 essential oils in existence.

Essential oils make a significant contribution to the medicine. Many of them are the inspiration for chemical copies and the others actually make up the active ingredients of drugs.
