Essential Oils and The common Cold.

Since we are approaching winter, I will be sharing a few recipes that can be used to alleviate  the Common Cold. People living in tropical countries also suffer from the common cold so this information can be useful for them as well.

The Common Cold is an illness caused by the cold virus. It can be passed around through direct contact with a person who has the disease or by touching surfaces that an infected person has touched.

The symptoms of the common cold include sore throat, cough, muscle pains and aches, headache and high temperature.
